Baylor and LSU kick off New Year's Eve festivities with a college football bowl game in Houston on Tuesday night. Baylor (8-4) started its season 2-4 but has won six straight to reach this bowl game, beating Utah, BYU and Iowa State before dominating Texas Tech and Oklahoma State over their last two matchups for an AP Top 25 ranking of No. 20.
